It hard to know which to acquiesce to first... Theres a bunch of fools who thinks they are the God's christmas present to all the internetladies. I would also change the powers to NOT include the ability of the admins to read MY, YOURS and ANYONE'S rims... I made the mistake of divulging a gross amount of personal bile here already.
